Disappointed in my most recent purchase

I was extremely disappointed with my most recent purchase of large beef tendons. I have purchased them before, and have was happy with the quality. This time however, the tendons smelled horrible and disgusting, and they look different than the ones in previous orders. I actually took them away from my dogs as I’m concerned about whether they are safe or not for them to ingest. I don’t know why the tendons in my recent order are so different, but I hope the company will replace them or refund my money because I’m afraid to let my dogs have them.
