I purchased a pack of gullet sticks this week and they keep splintering and getting stuck in my dogs throat. She seems to love the taste but I am worried she will choke on these things!

Miranda is 12, has had some teeth removed and the sticks are her joy as the larger bully sticks appear to lead to soreness

My boxer absolutely loves these as a mostly daily treat. They are chewy enough to help with tarter control but pliable enough that I’m not terrified that she’ll get it stuck in her throat. I still keep an eye on her though.
