Ingredients: Beef esophagus.

Description: Made of a stretched, baked beef esophagus, each piece is approximately 12" long, but there will be some variation in length, thickness, and texture. Each bag is packed by weight, not by piece count, so you are guaranteed to receive 4 ounces of product per bag.
