Whatever method is most convenient for you! We've even received orders by snail mail! You can place an order through our website, call us at 888-424-4602, fax the order to 970-797-1027, or e-mail the order to info@thenaturaldogcompany.com. 

We don’t have an order minimum. However, bulk items, such as a 25 pack of 12" odor free thick bully sticks, are sold as a complete case, and we are unable to break open the case to sell you, say, 12 pieces. Orders under $250 have to pay the full FedEx rate for shipping, which ends up being around $10-$20, depending on how heavy the box is.

We primarily use UPS's Carbon Emissions Neutral Program to ship orders, though we can ship via USPS or FedEx upon request.

Our goal is to ship your order either the same day we receive your PO or by the next business day. We’ll notify you by e-mail if there may be a delay in getting your order shipped. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information shortly after your order is shipped.

We ship out of Colorado. The transit map below illustrates estimated transit times depending on your location.

Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason. If you'd like to send product back to our warehouse, contact us and we will e-mail you with a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Print the label, attach it to a carton, and hand it off to your UPS delivery driver or drop it off at any UPS location. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, we will issue a refund, store credit, or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Call us at 888-424-4602 and we will look into it for you. Occasionally, we see that multi-piece shipments don't arrive all in the same day, and one carton may be delayed by a business day. However, if it turns out that we made a mistake with packing your order, we will promptly send you a replacement at no extra charge.
